Germain BMW of Naples has the luxury of being the #1 BMW store in the US from a respect of conversion ratio from leads to sales opportunities. ResponseLogix plays a large factor into the dramatic increase from the conversion from input to lead to sales. ResponseLogix is very helpful because it gets information that customers want now. Compared to the traditional method the time savings alone for a sales person is dramatic. And the effect on the customer side is easily seen in the increased closing ratio that we have at the dealership. With ResponseLogix you don’t have to spend or waste time putting together information, they have it already, and the sales person can then move forward to the next step, which is contact on the phone which then leads to an appointment, which then leads to a sale.
The benchmark for BMW nationally is 10 percent and that is from the lead to the conversion to the sale. When I took over this department we were running at 14 percent, slightly above the national average and I would attribute that to a great process and great people. After we installed ResponseLogix we jumped from a 14 percent conversion ratio to 18 percent, that’s 8 percent greater than the national average and I would attribute that exclusively, that increase, 4 percent, to ResponseLogix.
One of the things I like about ResponseLogix is their willingness to listen to input from the guys on the front line, us. I can say singly, without a doubt, that the customer service from ResponseLogix, from my account manager, to technical services to the director of sales is phenomenal. I wait for nothing, they jump immediately to the requirements of the issues that I need and to be able to provide that level of service consistently is a tribute to the process and the hiring of the people at ResponseLogix. The dramatic difference that ResponseLogix has made to our process, no other system that I am aware of offers anything close to it, nothing.
