Not all CRM / ILM systems are equal. The more advanced your CRM / ILM system, the more likely it interfaces with ResponseLogix to create an optimal user experience.

Since the experience you have with ResponseLogix is partially impacted by the features (or lack of features) of your CRM / ILM, and we want you to have the best user experience possible with our product, we have decided to do two things:

  1. Share with you the CRM / ILM systems that deliver the best customer experience with ResponseLogix.
  2. Alert you to simple steps you can take to get your CRM / ILM (if they haven’t yet) to add a key feature that could optimize your experience with ResponseLogix.

There is a simple feature that the best CRM / ILM’s have: clickable links in the comments field of a lead.

With clickable links, the Internet salesperson’s ability to see the quote that was sent on a lead is a click away vs. having to cut and paste a URL into a browser.

If your CRM / ILM does not offer clickable links in the comments field of a lead, your work is less efficient than it could be.
