1. Eligibility:

The DAS Technology BIG GAME Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of DAS Technology and its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members (whether related or not), are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant or potential winner.

2. Promotion Period:

The Promotion begins on December 17, 2025 at 12:00 AM and ends on Thursday, February 5th, 2026 at 7:00 PM PST.

3. How to Enter:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes in the following ways during the Sweepstakes Period:

• Take a product demo with DAS Technology at any time during the Sweepstakes Period, whether conducted in person at NADA 2026 or outside of the NADA show (including virtual or off-site demos): one (1) entry, or

• Mail-in entry: Hand print your full legal name, company name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a postcard and mail to:

Active or New Clients can gain additional entries with purchase.

• Under $5k MRR: 1 additional entry

• $5 – 9,999K MRR: 5 additional entries

• $10 – 14,999K MRR: 10 additional entries

• $15 – 19,999K MRR: 15 additional entries

• $20 – 24,999K MRR: 20 additional entries (and so on $25k=25, $30k = 30, no limit)

• Sign at NADA to bump up to the next level

NADA Booth Bonus Challenge

Participants who take a demo and purchase a product at the DAS Technology booth during NADA 2026 may participate in the on-site booth bonus challenge. Each eligible participant is allowed one (1) challenge attempt.

Bonus entries will be awarded as follows:

• One (1) successful pass caught: one (1) additional entries

• Two (2) successful passes caught: five (5) additional entries

• Three (3) successful passes caught: ten (10) additional entries

All entries earned through demos, mail-in entries, purchases, and bonus challenges are cumulative. Limit one (1) demo entry, one (1) mail-in entry, and one (1) booth challenge attempt per person/company unless otherwise specified by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these Official Rules.

4. Prize:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• Two (2) tickets to the Big Game (Super Bowl LX)

• Touchdown Club pregame hospitality access for two (2) guests, which includes:

  • Open-air pregame hospitality on the Big Game campus

  • All-inclusive tailgate-style food and open bar

  • Appearances by NFL legends

  • Live musical entertainment

  • Tailgate-inspired games and interactive experiences

  • Photo opportunities

  • Easily accessible restrooms and cellphone charging stations

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $15,000 USD.

Prize Conditions and Restrictions:

• Airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and any other expenses not expressly listed above are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

• Tickets and prize information will be delivered electronically.

• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

5. Winner Selection:

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place live on Thursday, February 5, 2026, during the DAS Technology Client Appreciation Party at NADA 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Notification:

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing and announced live at the DAS Technology Client Appreciation Party during NADA 2026. Presence at the event is not required to win. Prize details, including ticket information, will be delivered electronically following the drawing.

If the selected winner is deemed ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Claim:

To claim the prize, the selected winner may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where permitted by law), and any applicable tax documentation as determined by Sponsor. All required documentation must be completed within the timeframe specified by Sponsor in order to receive the prize.

Failure to comply with these requirements, provide accurate information, or adhere to these Official Rules may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding the prize.

The winner is responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize, and may be required to complete all necessary tax forms before receiving the prize.

8. Publicity:

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, company name, and city and state of residence for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or approval, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions:

DAS Technology reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these official rules. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability:

DAS Technology is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

12. Agreement to Official Rules:
