Alan Jay Automotive Network in South Central Florida sought a user-friendly video platform for recording and sending personalized customer videos.
With ten rooftops featuring a diverse range of vehicles, from Cadillac and Chevrolet to Ford and Kia, the Sebring-based dealership group aimed to enhance customer engagement. Alan Jay’s team shared almost 1,500 videos with customers in one recent month.
“The videos show the customer exactly who they are talking to so they can put a face to a team member,” he said. “Personalized video responses are far more effective than a phone call or email.”

Alan Jay encourages each Business Development Center (BDC) team member to create at least one video for every customer inquiry, a simple task easily accomplished using a smartphone for recording.
Equipped with robust reporting features, the Alan Jay team gains real-time insights into video opens and other essential video engagement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The data shows each video has a 94% average customer watch time.
