VACATION & SICK TIME
Our generous benefits package includes vacation time and sick leave. Hourly employees accrue 10 vacation days and five sick days per year. Salary employees accrue 12 vacation days and five sick days per year.
ANNIVERSARY FUN DAY
DAS recognizes employees who are dedicated to the company and shows appreciation for team members with extra days off. Employees get an additional day off for every year of employment. For example, employees who’ve been with the company for five years get five additional vacation days.

RALLY HEALTH WELLNESS PROGRAMS

Company culture and employee happiness are top priorities. At DAS, a team of employees organizes monthly social outings and charitable efforts. DAS provides confidential access to professional counseling services for employees and their immediate family members. The program is available at no cost to them.
PET CARE DISCOUNT PROGRAM
Here at DAS, we know pets are family and want to make sure they stay healthy. DAS covers the monthly membership fees for the Pet Assure program, which provides 25% discounts on the cost of all veterinary care when using in-network veterinarians.
We believe in continuing education. Employees who have been with DAS for at least one year are eligible for reimbursement of up to 25% of the cost of tuition toward programs that directly enhance work-related skills.

PAID PARENTAL LEAVE
DAS provides full-time employees with paid time off to care for their newborn and/or adopted child.
Employees are eligible for up to two weeks of pay for jury duty service. Jury duty pay will be calculated on the employee’s base pay rate times the number of hours the employee would otherwise have worked on the day(s) of absence.
