STOCK OPTIONS

HOLIDAYS

DAS provides 10 holidays per calendar year. Our employees enjoy spending 3-day weekends and major holidays away from the office and with their friends and family.

VACATION & SICK TIME

Our generous benefits package includes vacation time and sick leave. Hourly employees accrue 10 vacation days and 5 sick days per year. Salary employees accrue 12 vacation days and 5 sick days per year. 

ANNIVERSARY FUN DAY

DAS recognizes employees who are dedicated to the company and shows appreciation for its team members with extra days off. Employees get an additional day off for every year of employment. For example, employees who’ve been with the company for five years get five additional vacation days.

Medical, dental and vision insurance are available for full-time employees. DAS generously pays for a large portion of the coverage.

RALLY HEALTH WELLNESS PROGRAMS

DAS rewards employees with opportunities to earn money for simply focusing on their health. Team members can earn $200 by checking in at the gym, undergoing a wellness exam by their doctor, and exercising on a regular basis. 

PRE-TAX BENEFITS

BEREAVEMENT

Employees who have exceeded their 90 day probationary period are eligible to receive up to a total of 3 days of paid bereavement
leave per year.

OFFICE 365 ASSISTANCE

In addition to the use of company-provided equipment, when employed by DAS employees enjoy full access to MS Office on their personal devices, including PCs, Macs, Windows tablets, iPad® and Android™ tablets, and most mobile devices. Each user can install Office on four additional PCs or Macs, five tablets (Windows, iPad and Android) and five phones.

CULTURE CLUB PROGRAM

Company culture and employee happiness are top priorities. At DAS, a team of employees organizes monthly social outings and charitable efforts. DAS also offers on-site chair massages, monthly CEO lunches, and reward programs where employees can use DAS “chips” to purchase company swag, food from our in-office market, and entries into giveaways for trips, electronics, and more.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

DAS provides confidential access to professional counseling services for employees and their immediate family members. The program is available at no cost to them.

PET CARE DISCOUNT PROGRAM

Here at DAS, we know pets are family and want to make sure they stay healthy. DAS covers the monthly membership fees for the Pet Assure program, which provides 25% discounts on the cost of all veterinary care for their animals when using in-network veterinarians.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT

We believe in continuing your education. Employees who have been with DAS for at least one year are eligible for a reimbursement of up to 25% of the cost of tuition toward programs that directly enhance work-related skills.

“Whatever It Takes” is one of Digital Air Strike’s core values and every month employees nominate their coworkers for doing whatever it take for each other, clients, and the company. Winners receive a cash bonus, a trophy, a prime parking spot, and entries to win the annual all-expenses paid President’s Club trip. Trips have included three-day cruises to Mexico and the Bahamas and all-inclusive resort stays in Mexico.

PAID PARENTAL LEAVE

DAS provides expecting parents with paid time off to care for and help acclimate their newly born and/or adopted child(ren), this policy applies to full-time employees (working 30 or more hours per week).

JURY DUTY

Employees are eligible for up to 2 weeks of pay for jury duty service. Jury duty pay will be calculated on the employee’s base pay rate times the number of hours the employee would otherwise have worked on the day(s) of absence.

STUDENT LOAN ASSISTANCE

DAS is proud to offer employees assistance with their student loans including an option to refinance their loans and earn match funds toward student loan payments.
