Facebook posts for RJ’s Tire Pros & Auto Experts in Yakima, Washington, one of the states with the most restrictions, had nearly 11x the regular response rates. The posts promoted that the location is open for business, and offering delivery services, so customers can stay home while their vehicle is being serviced.
