Digital Air Strike buys advertising and credit analytics companies

Digital Air Strike is adding more targeted advertising and advanced credit analytics capabilities to its arsenal with the acquisitions of Target Media Partners Interactive and Libra Systems. Purchase prices were not disclosed.

TMPi is a Los Angeles ad-tech lead generation company. Libra is a Phoenix software firm that streamlines leasing and financing operations.

TMPi’s technology will be used in lead generation and advertising, such as location-based geofencing and display advertising as a Google Premier Partner, which is a designation a company gets for meeting certain performance requirements with Google AdWords.
