Digital Air Strike™ Launches Its Industry-First Mobile App for the Apple® Watch
Scottsdale, AZ – (July 23, 2015) Digital Air Strike™, the automotive social media and digital engagement company announces an industry first – the company’s social media and reputation management mobile app is now available on the Apple® Watch – providing clients a complete mobile experience when managing their social media and customer feedback.
Found on the Apple App Store, the ”DAS Mobile App” gives clients the ability to track from any iOS mobile device social media activity on over 70 social networks, online reviews, customer survey results and useful breaking news updates on the ever-changing social media landscape, all in real time. Available for iPhone and iPad for two years, the DAS Mobile App allows business owners to see up-to-the-minute customer survey statistics and direct feedback on their business operations. Managers can drill down to the individual sales/service employee to see how employees are performing and how their customers rate the business and their buying experience. Digital Air Strike™ clients then have the ability to respond to their customers directly from the App via email or phone call, and managers can easily forward feedback and reviews to staff members so they can take action.
