Erica Sietsma Named as a Top Tech Exec Finalist by Phoenix Business Journal and the Company is Honored with Four New Stevie® Awards

Stevie Awards competitions receive more than 10,000 entries each year from organizations in more than 60 nations. Digital Air Strike was named as a Company of the Year in the advertising, marketing and public relations category alongside global brands such as Symantec, Cisco Systems, and Verizon. The honor came on the heels of a monumental year for the company. Digital Air Strike launched a first-of-its-kind reputation management platform, Mission Control, updated its mobile app to include a text review feature, introduced its first-ever social recruiting solution, and acquired an artificial intelligence messaging provider.
In the Mobile Website and App Awards category, Digital Air Strike was given top honors with a Gold Stevie for the new features in its Mobile Review Surge app, which now allows businesses to send text messages requesting reviews in order to get instant customer feedback and increase positive online reviews. Adobe, American Family Insurance, Realtor.com and BMO Capital Markets were also named winners in the category.
Digital Air Strike also received best new product Stevie awards in the Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning category for Response Path, its recently announced artificial intelligence and chatbot consumer engagement tool, and for its automated lead response technology Response Logix® 4.0, in the Marketing/Public Relations category.

In addition to the American Business awards, Senior Vice President of Consumer Engagement and Product Strategy, Erica Sietsma, was named a finalist among hundreds of CEOs, chief information officers, advocates and community heroes who applied for the 2018 Phoenix Business Journal AZ Top Tech Exec Awards. Winners will be announced on May 10 at the Phoenix Business Journal’s award ceremony from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Phoenix Art Museum.
Sietsma was honored in the Tech Innovator category, which celebrates the achievement of a person responsible for developing breakthrough ideas, processes or products in his or her field. Sietsma consistently uses information technology within the consumer engagement realm to enhance client experiences. Examples of her input include helping to develop Digital Air Strike’s first mobile app that provides clients easy access to their social, survey and review site activity on Android, iOS and Windows devices. Sietsma also guides the evolution and implementation of Response Logix 4.0 and Response Path.
