Digital Air Strike will announce two acquisitions this week bringing its total to three in the last 10 months.
The company is acquiring Target Media Partners Interactive (TMPi), a lead generation ad tech firm, and Libra Systems, a financing, and leasing software company. With the two additions, Digital Air Strike now has more than 5,000 dealership and OEM clients using its consumer engagement platform. It expanded into the education and health care industries with the purchase of Eldercare Technology PathChat last year. The latest deals double Digital Air Strike’s sales force along with adding an office in Los Angeles.
Digital Air Strike has embarked on an aggressive acquisition strategy finding tuck-in companies complementary to its social media, intelligent lead response technology platform. The company is self-funding the acquisitions and likely isn’t finished.
