Phil Valachi Brings Over 20 Years of Operations, Digital Marketing Technology, and Client Services Experience to the Award-Winning Company

Valachi will lead Digital Air Strike’s Operations and Client Success teams, focusing on continuing the company’s excellent track record of delivering exceptional ROI to over 7,700 clients nationwide. For example, Digital Air Strike won three 2020 Dealers’ Choice awards.

Phil Valachi has over 20 years of Operational and Client Services leadership experience. The foundation of his auto experience began at Dealertrack in New York, where he spent 12 years leading the Service and Operations teams for Sales and F&I Solutions, Digital Retailing Solutions, Inventory Solutions, and Registration & Titling Services. At Dealertrack, he also led the Data Operations, Product Implementation, and Client Services teams.
Valachi spent almost five years at National Credit Center in Las Vegas as a VP and SVP. He streamlined and centralized operations, created and ran the Client Success team, and helped drive tremendous growth by improving retention rates and growing share of wallet through additional upsell opportunities with NCC’s products and services. Valachi also worked at GSM in Houston for almost two years. He implemented scalable operations that supported Tier 1-3 marketing program executions, built out a new Customer Success team and managed the print facility shop supporting dealer mail campaigns.

As a native of Long Island, New York, Valachi graduated from the College of Staten Island with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
